3L is the best barber shop in Boston! The barbers are experts at their craft. The shop is owned and run by a barber who is there every day and cares about the experience. It has a perfect vibe. Everyone is friendly and the cuts have always been great.
Awesome spot. Came from out of town and needed a good haircut. So glad I found this place. Super easy to book, very detail oriented and the shop was relaxed. I’ve got difficult hair and Gino was a pro and helped me out. Wish this place was back home.

His expertise in bald fades is second to none—he could teach a masterclass on the technique. Beyond his skill, Steve is humble, genuine, and great to talk to. When I mentioned I was moving a few months ago, he immediately provided a referral to a trusted barber in my new area, who turned out to be just as excellent. Gino is excellent. I've tried a few places with mixed results and am glad I found 3L barber. Did a great job understanding what I'm looking for and checking in as he goes for modifications/ questions. Very friendly staff and most importantly I'm a big fan of his work. Highly recommend
